Layaway Program

2010 DelFest Weekend Tickets, DELuxe Experience Festival Packages and DelFest Academy Passes are available for purchase in multiple payments via DelFest's Layaway Program.

The last day to purchase DelFest Layaway Program Tickets and Packages is February 12, 2010.

To purchase Tickets and Packages through the Layaway Program, search for the ticket listing with 'LAYAWAY' before the description.

DelFest Weekend Tickets Layaway Program
4-day General Admission Festival Passes are available for $110 plus service and shipping fees. The service charge for Layaway Program Weekend Tickets is $12. The shipping charge is $9.50 per order. All orders have the option to be held at will call for no charge.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DelFest 4-day Pass in three installments. You pay $44 (plus ticket fees and shipping) at the time of purchase. Then, $33 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $33 on 3/26/2010.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DelFest 3-day Pass in three installments. You pay $40 (plus ticket fees and shipping) at the time of purchase. Then, $29.50 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $29.50 on 3/26/2010.

The DelFest 4-day or 3-day General Admission Festival Pass does not include on-site parking. Pre-paid Parking Passes, RV Passes, and RV Dry passes are not available in the Layaway Program, but can be added to a layaway ticket order to be paid in full at time of purchase. Layaway Program Weekend Tickets are subject to a price increase on January 12, 2010 as part of the discounted pricing schedule.

DELuxe Experience Festival Packages Layaway Program
DELuxe Experience For 1 is available for $350 plus service and shipping fees. RV DELuxe Experience For 2 is available for $825 plus service and shipping fees. The service charge for Layaway Program DELuxe Experience Festival Packages is $12. The shipping charge is $9.50 per order. All orders have the option to be held at will call for no charge.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DELuxe Experience For 1 in three installments. You pay $150 (plus ticket fees and shipping) at the time of purchase. Then, $100 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $100 on 3/26/2010.

Layaway allows you to pay for your RV DELuxe Experience For 2 in three installments. You pay $325 (plus ticket fees and shipping) at the time of purchase. Then, $250 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $250 on 3/26/2010.

The DELuxe Experience For 1 includes on-site parking. The RV DELuxe Experience For 2 includes on-site RV with full hookups. Additional Pre-paid Parking Passes, RV Passes, or RV Dry Passes are not available in the Layaway Program, but can be added to a layaway ticket order to be paid in full at time of purchase.

DelFest Academy Layaway Program
DelFest Academy + 4-day Pass is available for $425 plus service fees. DelFest Academy Guest + 4-day Pass is available for $150 plus service fees. DelFest Academy DELuxe Upgrade is available for $225 plus service fees. The service charge for Layaway Program DelFest Academy Passes is $12. All DelFest Academy Passes are will call only at no additional charge.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DelFest Academy + 4-day Pass in three installments. You pay $175 (plus ticket fees) at the time of purchase. Then, $125 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $125 on 3/26/2010.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DelFest Academy Guest + 4-day Pass in three installments. You pay $60 (plus ticket fees) at the time of purchase. Then, $45 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $45 on 3/26/2010.

Layaway allows you to pay for your DelFest Academy DELuxe Upgrade in three installments. You pay $85 (plus ticket fees) at the time of purchase. Then, $70 will be automatically charged to your card on 3/5/2010, and another $70 on 3/26/2010.

All Layaway Program Ticket Orders
By selecting the layaway payment option, you opt-in to our layaway plan process and agree to all the terms and conditions associated with the Layaway Program. You authorize DelFest LLC to charge your card on three (3) separate instances for the amounts detailed above and on your Layaway Program order screen. DelFest will send email notifications to remind you of the charges 48 hours in advance, to confirm successful charges, and to notify of any charge declines. Please make sure DelFest has your correct email address. DelFest is not responsible for any email notifications that are not received.

All Layaway Program Tickets and Packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable purchase agreements. If for any reason your payments are declined, either partially or in full, then the plan is effectively in default and your ticket order will be cancelled and any payment amount received as of that date will be kept by DelFest LLC. Failure to successfully transact additional payments will result in the cancellation of your tickets. No refund of successful charges will be given for default payments. All sales and charges are final. Default layaway plans may not apply successful charges to other tickets or items. Ticket discount codes cannot be applied toward Layaway Program Tickets or Packages. Layaway Program Tickets are subject to all other terms and conditions of DelFest LLC found here.
